Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a working day will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and collecting your parcel promptly.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@suvora.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
