At Suvora Parfum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items remain sealed and unused.

Important: Hygiene Exemption

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, fragrances and personal care products that have been unsealed or used after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This exemption applies due to the nature of personal care goods.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Be in its original, unopened condition
Have all original packaging, seals, and tags intact
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@suvora.co.uk before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return postage only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. For all other returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, or disliking the scent), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Email us immediately at info@suvora.co.uk to request a cancellation.
